Mitzi Michelle Williams Rayner enjoys capturing the simple things in life through photography. Collections of nature, landscape, and architecture are inspired by the appreciation of God's handiwork and creativity. In 2007, Simple Things in Life began and since 2017 she has been exhibiting her photographs across the tri-state area at public libraries. After an awe-inspiring trip to Arizona in 2017, the photographer has been able to add more breathtaking photographs to her growing collection!
Mitzi’s interest was sparked In the early 90's to take a photography class, which introduced her to several aspects of photography such as how to develop film, night photography, black and white photographs, etc. Today, she still prefers the exquisite detail and distinction of film photography but enjoys the convenience of digital photography.
Simple Things in Life collections include custom framed and matted photography, which are available in various sizes. Custom made calendars and greeting cards are also available. Take a glance of the photographer’s photos and it’s like looking through the lens of everyday life.
Mitzi Michelle Williams Rayner has a BA in Home Economics/Family and Child Studies from Montclair State University in New Jersey and an MS in Education from Cairn University in Pennsylvania. She is an early childhood educator and a resident of New Jersey who simply loves the “Simple Things in Life.”
