English as a Second Language

Conversational ESL (English as a Second Language)
River Edge Public Library offers adult River Edge residents ESL conversation practice led by a volunteer tutor.  The conversation meetups occur once a week for one hour at the Library.  This is not a formal language class and the Library's program is not affiliated with a literacy organization.

Be ready to improve your English speaking skills in a fun, casual atmosphere, where you can develop relationships and build new friendships.  We discuss everyday topics such as food, health, travel, fitness, American holiday traditions, New Year resolutions, parenting, schools, etc.  When you talk about topics that interest you in a comfortable setting, you will begin to see improvements in your conversational English.

For more information on the ESL Conversation Class, contact Jillian Tracey, Adult Services Associate, using the form below.
